generateMapperFunctionName

Generate the plain core mapper name: "to{TargetName}" (fun Source.toX(): X). Nested-mapper call sites (TypeMatcher's strategy construction) follow the same naming atomically; return wrappers append their @WrapperSuffix to it (see generateWrapperFunctionName).
